Senior Pastor Jim Lennon
came to faith in Jesus Christ in 1972 through the ministry of the
Navigators while he was at Michigan State University. In 1986, Jim
graduated from Dallas Theological Seminary and was ordained to the
gospel ministry. Jim's passion is to minister the Word of God, in such
a way that the people of God are brought to maturity in Christ and
equipped to do the work of the ministry, so that the church will bring
glory to God and help fulfill the Great Commission. In 1993, Jim
accepted the call to be the Senior Pastor of West Suburban Community
Church along with his wife Linda, and their three children, Jennifer,
Sara and Ryan. |

Associate
Pastor Darin Evans came to faith in Jesus Christ through
the ministry of his family in 1977. After getting involved in youth
ministry in 1991, God changed the focus of his life. Darin is a
graduate of Lancaster Bible College and served as a youth pastor in
Pennsylvania. His passion is to make devoted followers of Jesus Christ
by teaching God's Word and helping people apply it to their lives. In
2001, Darin, his wife Kelly, and three children, Jared, Kaily and Luke
came to serve and fellowship with West Suburban Community Church. |

Music Director Chris Teichler
came to faith in Christ as a young child. He received a Bachelor of
Music degree in Composition from Wheaton College in 1999, a Master’s
degree in Composition from Northwestern University in 2002, where he is
currently completing requirements for a Doctor of Music degree.
Chris has been a part of the West Sub family since 1981, and feels very privileged to serve the church he has always called home. |
